Chaparai
Chaparai is a well-known picnic spot in Araku valley. This Water Cascade is a unique creation of the nature. An endless fountain flowing through a wide range of rocks surrounded by the forest. Water, flowing throughout the year, has made the stone under the waterfalls very slippery. The cascade also known as Dumbriguda Waterfalls, this water cascade is located 15 Km away from Araku Valley. It is a perfect spot for picnic.
Padmapuram Botanical Gardens
Padmapuram Botanical Gardens
Padmapuram Botanical Gardens are a part of the Eastern Ghats and are situated in the Araku road. The garden was built during the time of the Second World War with the aim of growing vegetables for the soldiers who were fighting in the war.
Padmapuram Botanical Gardens now contain a horticultural nursery that includes exotic and rare species of flowers and trees. Another important feature of the Padmapuram Botanical Gardens is a toy train that is enjoyed by both kids and adults alike.
The toy train ride gives a 360 degree view of the garden. Decorative plants, greenery and flowers make the place a romantic one. Children will find a nice place to enjoy. The coffee plants are planted on the hill slopes and it gives an awesome look to the area. This coffee plantation site is just beside main road. If you search enough you may find some coffee beans. Local have shops in there for selling coffee and coffee related products. The atmosphere is really beautiful and you can see a beautiful view of the valley.
Borra Caves

Borra caves are located in the annathagiri giri hill range of Eastern Ghats. These caves are the prime attraction of Araku Valley. Located at an elevation of 705 m. in the Ananthagiri Hills, these caves are one of the largest and deepest caves in India. Borra Caves are naturally formed caves, discovered in 1807 by William King George from the Geological Survey of India.
Borra caves is one of good place everyone enjoy lot this place you can travel with family friends and children's also and visit this place in winter there is an greenery around the borra caves. The cave possesses a naturally formed Lord Shiva’s shrine-many people to come to see this naturally molded shrine of Lord Shiva. Moreover, it has enticed several devotees nationwide.

You need to change your vehicle as rugged Jeep is required to cover the narrow muddy road passing through Jungle and by the side of Gosthani River.

Tatipudi Reservoir
Tatipudi Reservoir, constructed across river Gosthani, one of the main water source for farmers in vizianagaram district and drinking water source for vizag city. This area is exceptionally wonderful with lavish green mountains on every one of the sides.
If you plan a trip to the place, then you can choose between spending a couple of hours here to planning a weekend getaway too. Sit still by the water and stare at the deep blue expanse that extends before you.
Boating facility is available in this reservoir. Boat will take you to the other end resort area where you visit and boat will wait for 20 minutes before starting return journey.
